Of course, there are usual things that all families look for: value for money, quality construction and a secure community. But when you’ve ticked all these houses, there are one major difference that can make your experience so much better: excellent customer service.

Building Communities for 17 Years

MyCitiHomes has been in the housing development business for over 17 years. In this time, we’ve taken what we’ve learned about building communities that families love to live in, and carefully not cultivated an excellent customer service experience that goes beyond housing.

The reason MyCitiHomes has enjoyed this reputation is one thing that sets us apart from other developers, and that is genuinely seeing our customers as our partners in this journey. Our team is committed to showing care and concern for our buyers before the sale even happens and beyond the move-in process!

The MyCitiHomes team proactively offers assistance and information through the various stages of the home buying process. Even before the closes in on a house, the team prepares various orientations to help them get ready for everything homeownership entails.

Partners every step of the way

Our customer service team takes excellent service seriously, because we know we are your home partners for life. We provide as much information that potential homebuyers need.

The process starts with an initial orientation, which takes place within one month upon reservation. Here, we discuss the homebuying journey, as well as how to get the most value out of their money. At this point, they are also informed of documentary requirements that need to be submitted. At the initial orientation, payment and documentation are finalized.

Once the owner signs the dotted line and marks their calendar for move-in day, we’re still helping then make things a little easier. The next stage is the move-in orientation, which takes place upon the loan take-out. Homeowners are once again reminded of various requirements needed upon move-in, such as payment of water and electricity bills, acknowledgment of subdivision rules, statements of warranties, and others.

The move-in experience is the final major stage of the journey wherein the buyers formally receive their unit and everything that comes along with it. This is the perfect time to check the units for quality, and to find some surprises along the way.

MyCitiHomes takes pride in having a personal touch when it comes to helping our customers. This is why we think of the little things that will help make your house a home!
