Sales Operations Assistant

About the Job

The Sales Operations Assistant supports the execution of sales plans and revenue-generating activities through effective sales campaigns, broker coordination, and sales training. Handles reservations, prepares daily sales reports, monitors site inventory and sales updates, and ensures proper maintenance of model houses and sales sites to strengthen brand presence and achieve sales targets.

What you'll do:
  • Provides assistance in the implementation of sales plans and programs in order to ensure the achievement of sales revenue target.
  • Responsible for the implementation of effective and cost-efficient sales generating campaigns and activities such as but not limited to saturation drive, exhibits and trade fair, mall exhibits, site manning, corporate presentations, and open houses.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of plans and programs that will effectively position the company’s branding in the real estate and property development industry and attract highly competent brokers to be part of the company’s group of elite sales force.
  • Conducts sales training programs and relevant sales courses, prepares, and submits daily sales transaction reports, accepts reservation sales, and maintains regular coordination with brokers.
  • Monitors site inventory and sales updates and ensures proper maintenance of model houses and sales sites.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant business course.
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales administration and in dealing with brokers and agents, gained from real estate or property development industry.
  • With outstanding customer relations skills and must be proactive in addressing the needs of the customers.
  • Willing to work in Tarlac City.
