Classica at Northgate

Northgate Classica, located along Quirino Highway in San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, is the first of two projects of the Company that answered to Pag-Ibig’s call to provide homes for the Department of Education and Edsa LRT Corporation, who have become proud homeowners among its 365 townhouse and single-dwelling units. It also features the Classica shophouses, a row of mixed-use properties along the highway that provide great convenience to their fellow homeowners.

Northgate Classica is located at Brgy. Sto Cristo, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
