Summerfield Subdivision is a residential project in Brgy. Osorio, Trece Martires City, Cavite, that was the Company’s answer to the call of President Estrada to provide housing for our less-fortunate countrymen in the late 1990s. Of its more than 2,400 sellable units, 1,000 were built in partnership with the National Housing Authority, which still stands as a shining moment in the Company’s history.
Summerfield Subdivision is a 16.6-hectare residential project located in Brgy. Osorio, Trece Martires City, Cavite. It is accessible from Manila through Governor’s Drive or Manila-Cavite Coastal Road. It is 3.5 kilometers away from the Provincial Capitol of Cavite and 2.0 kilometers from Governor’s Drive. The access road to the subdivision is a 30-meter wide concrete road. The project has a total of 2,100 saleable units.
Since the start of the project in 1996, CitiHomes has continuously worked on the land development of the project. Of the 2,101 units, less than 5% are remaining. Construction is at full blast to complete the project. Home designs include single-attached homes and row-houses.
