Northgate Park Executive

Northgate Park Executive Homes is the first foray of the Company into Bulacan, located along Quirino Highway, San Jose Del Monte City. Launched in 1996, its principal offerings are an excellent location, compact home designs, and affordability. Strong market demand compelled the Company to open a second phase, with more than 800 units in total for the development.

The main selling points of the project are its affordability, compact home designs, and location. It is approximately 12 kilometers away from SM Fairview and Robinson’s Fairview. Public transportation is available 24 hours right from its main entrance along Quirino Hi-way. The project started in 1996. Phase 1 of the project is 56,751 sqm. and is composed of 448 residential units. Due to the high market demand, Phase 2 of the development at Northgate Park was started by 2001. Additional 50,107 square meters of land were opened with 707 residential units. Home designs at Northgate Park include single-attached homes, row-houses, and town-houses. To date, the land development of the project is 100% complete.
