Paseo de Lipa recently marked a significant milestone in its development journey with the recent blessing of its model homes and East Entry Plaza. The ceremony, led by Citihomes Builder and Development Inc. (CBDI) executive vice president John Philip Wang, symbolized the formal unveiling of the community’s latest sustainable spaces that merge modern living with ecological mindfulness.
The occasion gathered company leaders, partners, and guests to witness the debut of the community’s eco-conscious model homes and the East Entry Plaza, envisioned as the community’s symbolic gateway and central connection point.

“Today, we’re not just blessing buildings — we’re honoring a vision rooted in sustainability, design excellence, and community. The homes and plaza reflect the values we build into every square meter of this development — innovation, livability, and environmental stewardship,” added John Philip Wang, EVP of CBDI, developer of Paseo De Lipa.
The house models showcase green architecture principles, such as strategic orientation for natural ventilation, use of energy-efficient materials, rainwater collection provisions, and integration of natural light. Each home is designed to reduce energy consumption while promoting comfort and health for its residents.

Complementing the homes is the newly opened East Entry Plaza, a landscaped open space featuring native plant species, shaded walking paths, solar-powered lighting, and permeable surfaces that reduce heat and improve storm-water drainage. It serves not only as a welcoming entrance but also as a communal space promoting well-being and environmental harmony.
The blessing marks a deeper commitment by Paseo De Lipa to develop a master-planned community grounded in sustainability — with walkable spaces, green zones, and amenities that support a healthier lifestyle and a lighter footprint on the environment.
