We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and generate high-quality leads for our real estate developments. In this role, you will blend strategy, storytelling, and analytics to bring our projects to life across digital platforms.

What you’ll do:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Manage and update website content.
• Generate and manage leads for projects.
• Create engaging contents (ads, captions, campaigns, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice.
• Assess boosting subsidy request for seller’s network.
• Write video scripts, articles, and ad copy.
• Creation of online sales skits and brochures.

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year experience in digital marketing, gained from real estate or property development industry.
• Experience in video documentation, photography, and events management.
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising and analytics tools.
• Proficient in MS OFFICE and Adobe Creative Suites, such as Premiere, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
