Job Description:
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns and prepares marketing and advertising strategies to attain sales and corporate goal.
- Planning and organizing promotional presentations.
- Tracks marketing expense by analyzing effectiveness based on sales report.
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with the plans and forecasts.
- Sources and maintains a pool of suppliers for various requirements.
- Prepares monthly inventory report of marketing materials and initiate repairs or disposals as needed.
- Facilitates ingress and egress for sales and corporate events and office merchandizing displays.
- Prepares and proposes event theme and budget for approval and post evaluation reports.
- Facilitates, reviews, and records contracts, such as but not limited to billboards, exhibits, and office lease contracts.
- Secures business permits and other LGU requirements.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or any related course.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience, particularly in real estate marketing
- With skills in DSLR photography and drone operation.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Good negotiation and presentational skills.
- Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas.
