Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring the calendar of EVP’s activities.
- Works closely with the top management, department managers, external business partners, consultants, and exercises discretion and professionalism in ensuring that day-to-day instructions from the EVP are effectively carried-out and implemented.
- Monitors and oversees the implementation of special projects under the Office of EVP.
- Prepares and coordinates logistical requirements of EVP’s activities, such as space/venue, speaker introductions, travel arrangements, food and funds, leaves, and other personnel-related matters.
- Conducts research, compiles and/or analyzes data, writes reports and speeches, generates presentation material, processes data, proofreads or edits, retrieves historical information and does other similar clerical assistance for the EVP.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year business course.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience specializing in secretarial and administrative management functions with particular inclination in dealing with the EVP/President/CEO of a corporation.
- Experience gained from real estate or property development industry will be an advantage.
- Willing to work in Makati.
