• Responsible for conducting thorough checking and detailed inspection of the various components and parts of the completed housing units and sees to it that these are in good condition and in accordance with the prescribed standards of quality and approved project specifications prior turn over.
• Resolves reports of defects of housing unit reported by the homeowners covered by warranty
• Responsible for the proper preparation and turnover of housing units to buyers.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum one-year relevant experience in performing property administration and move-in functions preferably gained from engineering/construction, real estate and property development industry.
• Outstanding ability in addressing customer needs.
• Good command of oral and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite.
