The Construction Area Manager is responsible for performing the various functional activities of all construction projects and takes full responsibility for strict adherence to the standards set by the company in compliance with requirements ranging from resource mobilization, compliance with plans and specifications, schedules, total quality, safety management and budget, up to full project completion and turnover.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop plans and strategies to improve the department’s effectiveness and efficiency in delivering its services and in achieving its targets.
• Take the lead role in conceptualizing the development phase of construction projects.
• Negotiate and deal with external entities such as suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and etc.
• Develop and implement cost saving proposals and systems enhancements to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule, and standards of quality and budget guidelines are met.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls in managing construction projects’ budget expenses in order to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least seven (7) years of relevant managerial experience in construction project management, gained from construction, real estate, or property development industries.
• Strong background and experience in horizontal mass housing construction and land development.
• Willing to be assigned in Cavite.
