What you’ll do:
Training and Development
- Assesses company-wide training needs to design and implement effective training plans and curricula. Develops and delivers in-house programs to support organizational growth and optimize resources. Evaluates training effectiveness and individual development plans and identifies competency gaps to implement targeted competency development programs.
Recruitment
- Develops strategic sourcing partnerships to ensure timely access to qualified candidates, implements effective screening and assessment processes, and ensures hiring aligns with company values and ethical standards.
Organizational Development
- Conducts organizational assessments to identify strategic issues, designs and implements change initiatives, evaluates overall effectiveness, and recommends efficient organization designs to support company goals.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5 years up of experience in HR Organizational Development and Recruitment
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Demonstrates credibility, earns trust, and influences others to adopt HR best practices.
- Amenable to work in Makati City
