Training Officer

What you’ll do:

Training and Development
  • Assesses company-wide training needs to design and implement effective training plans and curricula. Develops and delivers in-house programs to support organizational growth and optimize resources. Evaluates training effectiveness and individual development plans and identifies competency gaps to implement targeted competency development programs.
Recruitment
  • Develops strategic sourcing partnerships to ensure timely access to qualified candidates, implements effective screening and assessment processes, and ensures hiring aligns with company values and ethical standards.
Organizational Development
  • Conducts organizational assessments to identify strategic issues, designs and implements change initiatives, evaluates overall effectiveness, and recommends efficient organization designs to support company goals.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5 years up of experience in HR Organizational Development and Recruitment
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Demonstrates credibility, earns trust, and influences others to adopt HR best practices.
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
