What you'll do:
- Responsible for performing various functional activities of all construction projects' implementation up to full project completion and turnover.
- Develops plans and strategies to improve the department's effectiveness and efficiency in delivering its services and in achieving the target goals.
- Takes the lead role in conceptualizing the development phase of construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
- Establishes value engineering system and formulates standard parametric costs for all house models and land development without discounting the quality and safety of finished product.
- Provides assistance and professional expertise in formulating and implementing qualifying process for the selection of qualified contractors and in reviewing construction plans and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Oversees the overall day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects and ensures the availability of resources and these will complement the set and prescribed requirements of the various projects to meet the standards of quality, schedules, and timelines.
- Develops, plans, and implements high impact move-in programs and activities that will not only formalize a simple ceremony of turnover, rather, those that will leverage on the meaningful and symbolic value of realizing a dream and owning a home out of hard work.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least seven (7) years of relevant managerial experience in construction project management, gained from construction, real estate, or property development industry.
- LIPA, BATANGAS work assignment.
