Job Description:

• Responsible for the production of conceptual rendered three-dimensional perspective/plan for housing units or as directed by the PDD Supervisor/Manager.
• Handles the production of housing units, amenities, and other structures' architectural, electrical, and sanitary wiring.
• Coordinates with the Site Management and Engineering Department to revise and update the housing and non-housing plans and specifications in line with budget constraints or functional improvements.
• Prepares presentation paraphernalia (sales maps, vicinity maps, perspectives, plans) for use in the marketing of the company's projects.
• Extends technical assistance to other departments and provides requirements for submission to government agencies and financial institutions.
• Assists the purchasing department regarding technical matters related to the sourcing of housing/non-housing materials.
• Checks Site Management initiated architectural-related shop drawings.
• Assists in the coordination of outsourced services like miniature scaled models and display materials for marketing requirements and activities.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Professional Architect License is an advantage but not required.
• With experience in housing industry is an advantage but not required.
• With knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Office Applications, V-Ray, Luminon.
• Must be detailed oriented, good communicator, team players, and flexible.
• Willing to work in MAKATI.
