Job Description:
- Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all building equipment and common area facilities while on duty.
- Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement troubleshooting activities to correct any noted defects.
- Operates and monitors operations of exhaust fan, air conditioning, cooling system, lighting, generator set, booster pumps, water transfer pumps, fire pump and jockey pump, basic plumbing system, etc.
- Conducts weekly preventive maintenance on generator set, fire protection system, fire detection and alarm system, and other electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Attend the departments and tenants’ service call or request for assistance inside the office or units.
- Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by other sub-contractor such as but not limited to air conditioning system, gen set, electrical system, fire detection and alarm system, door systema and others.
- Conducts the monthly electrical panel thermal scanning of the facilities.
- Performs basic plumbing inspection and repairs of KEDI offices, comfort rooms, lavatory and washrooms.
- Performs installation of additional equipment inside the office premises which are approved by the management.
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must be at least a High School graduate.
- Preferably one (1) to four (4) years of experience specializing in maintenance/repair.
- Knowledge/skills in welding and carpentry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in gen set operation and maintenance.
- Familiar with building fire detection, alarm, and door access system.
- Willing to work in GENERAL TRIAS, CAVITE.
