Job Description:

• Responsible for verifying and analyzing audit findings with the view of being able to identify risks and gaps and be able to synthesize the information into a meaningful management report and recommendations.
• Conducts thorough check and review of the company’s financial statements and ensures that these are fairly and reasonably stated.
• Verifies accuracy of the company’s financial records through sampling and substantive testing.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related course.
• CPA licensure will be an advantage.
• At least one (1) year of experience in conducting internal audit engagements, particularly in financial audit.
• Experience gained from real estate or property development industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
• Highly organized, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Has strong work ethics and values, trustworthy and with high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in Makati.
