Human Resource Manager

About the Job

The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the President and will be responsible for leading and managing all core HR operations while driving strategic organizational development initiatives.

What you'll do:
  • Oversees day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely and effective execution of processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, and compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across all HR activities.
  • Leads the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote operational consistency and efficiency across departments.
  • Designs, leads, and evaluates organizational development initiatives, including organizational assessments and diagnostics, competency development, change management, and culture integration strategies.
  • Oversees end-to-end workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies and develops and manages robust succession planning strategies in collaboration with department heads.
  • Designs and executes performance management systems and frameworks.
  • Provides strategic HR guidance to senior management on HR-related matters and partners with department leaders to align HR operations with business goals.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant managerial experience in Human Resources, with solid background in HR operations and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.
