Job Description:
- Provides a wide array of support functions for employee programs, data-gathering initiatives, and HRD projects and external affairs. This includes information dissemination, program execution, documentation, canvassing, representation, and coordination.
- Designs then releases communication about the program(s) to the appropriate audiences – e.g., promotional materials, reminders, handouts.
- Conducts preparation measures – e.g., logistics, finances, coordination with resource persons, canvassing venue options, material reproduction.
- Assists in the execution of the program(s) by conducting or overseeing behind-the-scenes work – e.g., sound tech, presentation slides.
- Occasionally leads, as assigned, in the execution of the program – e.g., conducts hosting, states announcements.
- Supports data-gathering efforts by HRD or management by designing, releasing and collecting surveys, conducting and/or documenting dialogues, directly observing, or other methods.
- Encodes and organizes information gathered into that which can be read, analyzed, interpreted or processed easily; makes actionable recommendations based on own analysis of data.
- Designs then releases communication for regular announcements or matters to the appropriate audiences – e.g., policy reminders, general management memoranda.
- Performs timekeeping and support work for on-demand HRD services, documentation, and research work.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience, particularly in Employee Engagement.
- Must have the ability to manifest good interpersonal relationship and effectively deal with and relate with people from all levels across the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Creative and resourceful.
- Willing to work in MAKATI.
