Job Description:
- Responsible for performing recruitment, selection, and hiring functions.
- Crafts job advertisements, conducts initial screening of applicants’ resumes, and administers pre-employment examinations.
- Conducts initial interviews for applicants who have met the standards of the company’s hiring requirements, and coordinates interview schedules with the hiring managers.
- Conducts background investigations for qualified applicants prior to employment.
- Coordinates with the company’s accredited outsourcing partners in talent search.
- Facilitates the onboarding process for newly-hired employees.
- Responsible for facilitating the preparations for all training logistics and requirements for the implementation of inhouse training programs.
- Provides support functions for employee programs, data-gathering initiatives, performance management, and HRD projects.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience, particularly in Recruitment.
- Must have the ability to manifest good interpersonal relationship and effectively deal with and relate with people from all levels across the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Creative and resourceful.
- Willing to work in Makati.
