HR Assistant

Job Description:
  • Responsible for performing recruitment, selection, and hiring functions.
  • Crafts job advertisements, conducts initial screening of applicants’ resumes, and administers pre-employment examinations.
  • Conducts initial interviews for applicants who have met the standards of the company’s hiring requirements, and coordinates interview schedules with the hiring managers.
  • Conducts background investigations for qualified applicants prior to employment.
  • Coordinates with the company’s accredited outsourcing partners in talent search.
  • Facilitates the onboarding process for newly-hired employees.
  • Responsible for facilitating the preparations for all training logistics and requirements for the implementation of inhouse training programs.
  • Provides support functions for employee programs, data-gathering initiatives, performance management, and HRD projects.
Job Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience, particularly in Recruitment.
  • Must have the ability to manifest good interpersonal relationship and effectively deal with and relate with people from all levels across the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Creative and resourceful.
  • Willing to work in Makati.
