General Admin Supervisor

Job Description:
  • Responsible for performing the management functions of planning, leading, organizing and controlling with the view of being able to effectively manage the various functional activities of General Administration in the areas of fleet management, messengerial services, housekeeping, communications/telecom, property and asset management and revolving fund.
  • Responsible for liaising with the building administrator and with the company’s authorized outsourced service contractors for all matters pertaining to office maintenance.
  • Supervises the efficient day-to-day implementation of fleet services and ensures that these are in compliance with the company’s policies and prioritization guidelines.
  • Develops plans and schedules and supervises the efficient implementation of the company’s daily itinerary and dispatch schedules for its courier requirements and messengerial services.
  • Supervises the efficient implementation of the company’s office housekeeping and janitorial services and ensures that maintenance schedules are properly observed to avoid work disruptions.
  • Supervises the general maintenance and repair/replacement of office furniture’s, fixtures and equipment.
  • Supervises the revolving fund of General Administration, including the issuance, retrieval of receipts, disbursements and replenishments.
  • Recommends plans and programs for General Administration and ensures that goals and objectives of the team are properly defined and clearly established.
Job Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Administration or any related business management course.
  • At least three (3) year of relevant experience in general administration, specifically in the areas of fleet management, messengerial services, housekeeping, communications/telecom, property and asset management and revolving fund.
  • Strong supervisory competencies in the areas of organization and leadership development, coaching and mentoring and situational assessment skills.
  • With excellent people skills and adept in dealing with people across the different levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and possesses customer service/relations skills.
  • Willing to work in MAKATI.
