Job Description:
- Responsible for office maintenance and housekeeping, payment of company utilities, monitoring and control of pantry and housekeeping supplies.
- Ensures efficient implementation of the company’s daily itinerary and dispatch schedules for courier requirements and messengerial services.
- Responsible for the inventory and issuance of office supplies.
- Prepares reports and maintains updated records of general administration transactions.
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any related course.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in general administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized and possesses customer service/relations skills.
- Willing to work in LIPA CITY, BATANGAS.
