General Admin Assistant

Job Description:
  • Responsible for office maintenance and housekeeping, payment of company utilities, monitoring and control of pantry and housekeeping supplies.
  • Ensures efficient implementation of the company’s daily itinerary and dispatch schedules for courier requirements and messengerial services.
  • Responsible for the inventory and issuance of office supplies.
  • Prepares reports and maintains updated records of general administration transactions.
Job Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any related course.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in general administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and possesses customer service/relations skills.
  • Willing to work in LIPA CITY, BATANGAS.
