About the Job
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial health by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to inform strategic decision-making. This role involves preparing detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, evaluating investment opportunities, and identifying trends and variances to improve financial performance. The Financial Analyst collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate reporting, implements process improvements, and provides insights to support financial planning, management, and investor relations.
What you'll do:
- Gathers and analyzes financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepares detailed financial reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Assists in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluates investment opportunities and provides recommendations based on financial modeling and analysis.
- Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- With a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong background in financial management, financial planning and analysis, financial policies, investor relations, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in financial software applications, spreadsheets, and databases, such as Excel or similar tools.
- Willing to work in Makati City..
