About the Job

The Design Engineer is responsible in designing the structural components of land development works, housing projects and other special structures that are required for the projects. Also responsible for conducting site inspection and checks every detailed scope of work to ensure that the application and quality of contractor's workmanship are in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

What you'll do:

• Prepares the most economical structural computations and structural plans for housing projects and other structures and amenities and ensures the stability of the structures and its compliance with the existing national structural and building code of the Philippines.
• Conducts regular site inspection and checks every detailed scope of work to ensure that the application and quality of contractor’s workmanship are in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

What we’re looking for:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): MS OFFICE, AUTOCAD, GOOGLE SKETCH UP, STAAD, CIVIL3D, IDEA StatiCa
• Must be a team player and must be able to related with all levels across the organization.
• Must be highly organized and capable of handling simultaneous work pressures.
• Willing to work in Makati City..
