Assistant Vice President – Financial Services

Job Description:
  • Provide leadership and direction for all functions under the Financial Services Division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supervise and optimize the processing of buyer loans through Pag- IBIG and other financing institutions.
  • Ensure timely billing, efficient collection processes, and effective handling of delinquent accounts.
  • Oversee buyer financing documentation, amortization schedules and credit profiling.
  • Establish robust policies and procedures to ensure compliance, mitigate financial risk and support internal controls.
  • Lead the end-to-end takeout process through Pag- IBIG, banks, and government financing institutions.
  • Maintain strong relationship with Pag-IBIG fund and other lending institutions; ensure all requirements are complied with.
  • Approve financing programs, packages, and loan structures for clients based on project requirements and market conditions.
  • Supervise the timely issuance of Statement of Account, official receipts, and aging repots.
  • Ensure accuracy in buyer records, ledger, amortization schedules, and buyer financing applications.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, HLRUB / DHSUD, Pag-IBIG and other regulatory requirements related to financing.
Job Qualification:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Preferably a CPA or with Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • With at least ten (10) years’ experience in financial services, billing, and collection or real estate financing.
  • Minimum five (5) years in senior leadership role or assistant vice president-level role.
  • Experience in Real Estate development financing, buyer loans take out (especially through PAG-IBIG) and receivables management is essential.
  • Familiarity with the operational workflows of HLRUB/DHSUD, Pag-IBIG, SSS, and LGU financing compliance.
  • Proficient in financial systems and ERP platforms related to billing and collections.
  • Strong Financial analysis, risk assessment and strategic planning skills.
  • Knowledgeable in real estate cycle, project financing and buyer documentation.
  • Willing to work on-site in MAKATI.
