Accounts Management Assistant

Job Description:
  • Responsible for conducting thorough and accurate review of accounts for proper endorsement to Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) so as to facilitate the attainment of collection goals/targets.
  • Reviews, evaluates, makes follow-up phone calls and sends notices to buyers with incomplete documents.
  • Provides assistance to buyers with complete and proper documentation of requirements for the sign-off of HDMF loan documents to facilitate the processing and approval of their HDMF loan applications.
  • Prepares docket for request of advanced CI and inspection to HDMF for all 100% constructed RFO units.
  • Makes formal notifications to buyers once their loan applications have been taken out from HDMF.
Job Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant courses.
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in credit and collection, documentation and HDMF financing gained from real estate or property development industry.
  • Has strong work ethics and values, trustworthy and with high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
  • Excellent team player. Must have the ability to manifest good interpersonal relationship and effectively deal with and relate with people from all levels across the organization.
  • With good command of oral and written communication.
  • Willing to work in Imus, Cavite.
