About the Job
The role will report directly to the Vice President of Finance and will be responsible for ensuring efficient departmental operations while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
What you'll do:
- Provide directions to the department and ensure achievement of the corporate goals.
- Will spearhead the formulation and implementation of all policy and guidelines.
- Develops and implements the company’s financial management reporting systems.
- Will be one of the company representatives on government agencies (BIR and BOI) for audits, negotiations, and compliance.
- In charge of the issuances of memorandum circulars from the Bureau of Internal Revenue and keeps top management abreast on new tax laws and amendments thereby provide assistance in identifying tax implications and be able to recommend measures for tax avoidance and help the company from legal risks and exposures.
- Develops budgetary plans, programs, and guidelines to ensure strict adherence with financial controls, guidelines, and requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
- With minimum of (5) years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in Real Estate Accounting, BOI Project Registration, Application of Certificate of Entitlement, and other compliance.
- Mastery of Accounting Reports preparation.
- MAKATI based assignment.
