Job Description:
- Request for a monthly list of Performing Accounts Ratio (PAR) and Performing Loans Ratio (PLR) from Pag-IBIG Fund for borrowers needing updated amortization
- Sending regular reminders through SMS, phone calls, and email regarding defaulted amortization payments.
- Assist borrowers
