The Programmer provides support to end users through maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of existing software. The role involves writing and updating program code, performing debugging procedures, and implementing system enhancements to ensure accuracy based on agreed specifications.

The Programmer also assists in training end users when new software releases are deployed or when workflows are modified or upgraded.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, test, and maintain program codes based on system requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues reported by users.
• Provide technical support and assist in help desk operations.
• Installation, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and documentation.
• Support database backups and ensure data integrity.
• Help enforce IT security and data privacy policies.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues.
• Provide user training and guidance on system usage.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in systems analysis and programming, preferably gained from a real estate and property development industry.
• Strong work ethics and values, trustworthy and with high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software such as MS Office, MS Project, Windows Server, UML, HTML, XML, Scripting Languages, SQL.
• Well versed in procedural and object-oriented computer programming languages.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
