Maintaining the Landscape in in entry plaza, Model houses, gate, and guard house at phase 1 & 2. Cleaning and maintaining of the staff house, site office.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain landscape and cleanliness
• Grass cutting from time to time
• Troubleshoot of water and electrical line
• Any task that may assign from time-to-time

What we’re looking for:

• With experience in maintenance
• Ability to drive motorcycle is an advantage
• With good moral character
• Willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas
