What you’ll do:
• Manage all assigned accounts according to the standard, policies, and procedures set by the company.
Monitors payments of the buyers to proactively prevent delinquency.
Prepares and dispatches billing and dunning notice to encourage buyer to comply with their obligation.
Prepares and issues assessment forms for the acceptance of the buyer’s payment either by PDC, Cash, or other mode of payment acceptable to the company.
• Maintains the ledger of the buyers ensuring that payments, interest, penalties, and other chargers are properly, accurately and timely being posted to ensure updated payment record of the buyer.
• Ensure Statement of Account (SOA) and/or dunning notices are timely prepared and dispatched.
• Review and analyzes delinquencies and aging of accounts in the assigned portfolio and recommends possible courses of action to minimize or prevent recurrence.
• Facilitates cancellation of delinquent accounts by preparing and routing Account Cancellation Form (ACF) through the established cancellation route.
• Reviews and evaluates all issues and concerns for appropriate course of action based on established standard operating procedures and company policies and guidelines. Escalates and refers to the Billing and collection Supervisor/Manager all issues and concerns that are not governed by SOP’s, policies, and procedures.
• Handles daily customer queries, request or complaints via telephone calls, SMS, Messenger, emails, and other similar messaging platform.
• If necessary, conducts CCTEL to complement the standard notices being sent to buyers.
• Other tasks and function that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
What we’re looking for:
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any business course or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in preparation of Statement of Account and Analyzing.
• Possess good communication skills, both oral, and written form and excellent customer service.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite.
