The Corporate Loan Assistant is responsible for overseeing corporate loan transactions, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring prompt compliance and payments to maintain the Company’s good credit standing.
What You’ll Do:
• Assists the Finance Team in acquiring funds for working capital and developmental purposes by utilizing existing credit facilities from various partner banks.
• Responsible for monitoring the status of corporate loans documents.
• Conducts comprehensive review and evaluations of all pre-qualified Contract-To-Sell and STL dockets.
• Closely monitors status of CTS and STLL dockets submitted to banks and ensure timely crediting of approved availment.
• Coordinates with banks and monitors the status of TCTs for Pag-Ibig and Bank Financing take-outs.
• Timely payment of obligations and submission of documents for compliance to ensure that the Company is in good credit standing.
• Ensure timely releasing of DOU collateral documents in various assigned banks.
• Closely monitor CBDI accounts under various financing by ensuring timely redemption of delinquent, cancelled and fully paid accounts.
• Liaises and maintains good relationships with different banks related to corporate loans credit facility and DOU collateral documents.
What We’re Looking For:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or any related.
• With a minimum of 1-year relevant experience in handling and processing corporate loans preferably gained from real estate or banking industry.
• Exercise ownership and accountability of assigned task.
• Outstanding ability in addressing customer needs.
• Able to manage tasks, stay organized, and meet agreed deadlines or department metrics.
• Intermediate analytical and numerical skills, proactive, confident thinker.
• Enthusiastic, strong sense of initiative, ability to prioritize, with an eye for detail and commitment for accuracy.
• Amenable and committed to working onsite in Makati City or Site Visit Cavite.
