About the Job
The Estate Admin Assistant oversees the overall upkeep and functionality of the estate by conducting routine inspections of structures and landscaped areas, ensuring cleanliness, security, and visual appeal. Coordinates with janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance.
What you'll do:
- Reports directly to the Estate Admin Supervisor and assist in the day-to-day Estate/Village Management Operations of the project and perform other tasks that may be assigned.
- Coordinate with the security, janitorial and maintenance staff for the problems and/or concerns of the unit owners’/buyers/ residents.
- Gives feedback to unit owners/buyers residents on the action taken with regards to their concerns and maintain a logbook for all concerns and for all outgoing.
- Solve the resident’s issue/s within the time frame with accurate information and at the same time keep the Company’s objectives in view.
- Conducts roving inspections/ monitoring on the general upkeep of the subdivision, including the implementation of housekeeping/ janitorial and landscape program.
- Oversee the implementation of various community activities.
What we’re looking for:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant courses.
- With excellent customer service/relations skills.
- Open for project-based role
- Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite..
