Job Description:

• Request for a monthly list of Performing Accounts Ratio (PAR) and Performing Loans Ratio (PLR) from Pag-IBIG Fund for borrowers needing updated amortization
• Sending regular reminders through SMS, phone calls, and email regarding defaulted amortization payments.
• Assist borrowers in understanding the Home Saver Program offered by Pag-IBIG Fund (Loan Restructuring Payment Plan, Penalty condonation)

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any business course or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of Pag-IBIG monthly amortization collection.
• With experience in credit & collection preferably in a real estate developer.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite.
