About the Job
The IT Infrastructure Support Supervisor oversees the management, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications. Ensures efficient system upgrades, user support, data security, and compliance with privacy and licensing laws. Leads IT budgeting, vendor management, and disaster recovery planning. Develops strategic IT initiatives and drives team performance to support organizational goals.
What you'll do:
- Oversees infrastructure and application services, including installation, setup, testing, implementation, upgrades, and system customizations.
- Ensures effective user training and proactive help desk support for technical and administrative needs.
- Manages data integrity through regular backups, system maintenance, and security protocols for disaster recovery.
- Implements preventive maintenance, antivirus updates, and user awareness on potential risks.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy laws, software licensing, and intellectual property regulations.
- Monitors servers, authorized programs, and off-site data backups to mitigate risks.
- Reviews IT-related capital expenditures and manages vendor accreditation and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Develops strategic IT infrastructure plans, sets clear team goals, and oversees performance management through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in providing IT technical support and able to independently research, learn, and implement best practice solutions to problems.
- Strong leadership competencies in development, coaching, mentoring, and situational assessment.
- Outstanding ability in addressing customer needs.
- Highly organized and capable of handling simultaneous work pressures.
- Amenable to work in Makati City..
