Job Description:
- Monitor status of all accounts and ensure that issues of accounts are properly handled.
- Ensures that all accounts and payments are properly monitored by performing collection policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Evaluates the completeness and authenticity of required housing loan application documents for Bank Financing / In-House Financing / Billing and Collection.
- Evaluates buyers' capacity to pay based on policies, procedures and guidelines set by company and other financing institutions.
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
- With at least 2-4 year related working experience.
- Experience gained from real estate or property development industry is an advantage.
- Must have strong work ethics and values, high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
- With good communication skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work in Imus City, Cavite and Lipa City, Batangas.
